Welcome For more than three decades the Treasure Coast Wildlife Hospital has been a community institution, offering help for sick, injured and orphaned wild animal patients, plus information and education for human residents and visitors. We are undertaking an ambitious project - the construction of a new Treasure Coast Wildlife Center to amplify and enhance our services to wildlife and to the community. Learn more about this wonderful project. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, your participation is invited. Join us as a Member or a Volunteer. Take advantage of our Educational Programs and our Nature and Wildlife Tours. See us at an event near you. Get help for a potential patient you have found. Adopt one of our Wild Friends Wildlife Ambassadors. Use our links to additional resources and information. We hope you enjoy our web site, and we encourage you to help support our work. The Wildlife Center is having its most important fundraiser of the year - the annual Golf for Wildlife Tournament - on Friday, May 24th. Click picture for details and to reserve your place. Don't miss out! The field is limited, and will fill up fast. Known local nature artist, former Martin County High School art teacher and author Pamela Hoke has partnered with TCWC to help raise funds to complete the new wildlife hospital and community nature center. Pam strives to raise awareness that by increasing our bond with nature, we become more creative, more intelligent and more peaceful with ourselves and others. She has created a number of works featuring our Educational Ambassadors. These are available and proceeds benefit TCWC. Click the picture for more of the story. Or go directly to her gallery. Adel Alamo, a student at IRSC, spent a Saturday here learning about our organization. She produced the following, and has kindly allowed me to share it. I believe you will enjoy it as much as we did. You can click the "funny box" in lower right corner to see it full screen.
Farewell, friend… We lost another great soul yesterday. Cuervo the Crested Caracara, highly popular Educational Ambassador and star of hundreds of public presentations, passed away at the ripe old age of 16. in honor of Cuervo Last December we released a recovered Bald Eagle, to the delight of members of St. Lucie Audubon Society.

Representative Cases from Baby Season
Without intervention, none of these animals – and hundreds of others like them – would survive. But for over three decades, wild animals along the Treasure Coast have enjoyed a special place of respite, care, and recovery. A place where broken wings can heal, orphaned babies can grow, and untamed spirits can soar. That special place is the Treasure Coast Wildlife Center. While the work done here is priceless, it does carry a substantial cost. Baby season is always a strain because of the sheer numbers of new patients and their diverse requirements. We depend upon your contributions to provide for their needs. Please help by making a special ‘Baby Season Gift’ today. Your tax deductible gift of: Make
